WACO, TX - ERGSS owner Joel Yonkman shares his emergency management expertise, amid the tragic floods across Kerr County, Texas, with KXXV Reporter Chantale Belefanti on July 10, 2025. Yonkman’s primary employment with FEMA was out of Region 6 in Denton, Texas from 2019 to 2023.  He has also deployed to disasters across Texas many times over his 30-plus years as an emergency responder.
