HOW IT WORKS
1. Apply. Complete the cadre application with your roles, experience, certifications, travel and availability. It takes about five minutes.
2. Upload. Upload your résumé, current certifications and a professional headshot. Your upload is secure; no one else can see your files.
3. Review. ERGSS reviews every application and verifies credentials for candidates whose skills match upcoming work.
4. Engage. When a contract calls for your skills, ERGSS contacts you with the scope, dates and terms before you commit.

TESTIMONIALS
-
I was impressed with the depth of knowledge ERGSS brought to my organization as they assisted in the development of diverse projects for an international airport. From Pandemic Planning (the first of such at any international airport), to COOP planning to the effective management of an EOC, the staff did a tremendous job.
Chief Alan Black, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

Over the course of several years we have worked closely with ERGSS to provide fire and EMS training to the Charlevoix Area. During that time the ERGSS staff have always shown a great deal of professionalism and subject matter expertise. We look forward to working with them on future projects for a long time to come.
