SAN ANGELO, TX - ERGSS owner Joel Yonkman shares his emergency management expertise, amid the tragic floods across Kerr County, Texas, with KLST Morning/Midday Anchor Annick Joseph on July 10, 2025. Yonkman’s primary employment with FEMA was out of Region 6 in Denton, Texas from 2019 to 2023. He has also deployed to disasters across Texas many times.
