ERGSS owner Joel Yonkman joins Spectrum National correspondent Katie Streit to share his emergency management expertise amid tragic flash floods in Kerrville, Texas July 2025.

Yonkman’s primary employment with FEMA was out of Region 6 in Denton, Texas from 2019 to 2023.  He has also deployed to disasters across Texas many times over his three decades as an emergency responder.
